Controlling the Virus
If you have had any form of illness, or have been in contact with someone showing Covid symptoms in the last 14 days we ask that you do not book an appointment with us just yet. It is required that you should be without symptoms for at least 14 days prior to an appointment.
The Jacks team will be putting the following measures in place....
We are allowing 40 minutes per appointment to allow time to clean down between clients.
Staff will be wearing the required PPE.
Booking an Appointment
All appointments should be made via phone or our online booking system. We ask that you do not enter the shop to make a booking. Please be aware that by booking with us you are agreeing to our current guidelines.

Be on time for your appointment.
Do not enter the shop until your scheduled appointment time as there will be no waiting area. Your stylist will let you in when they are ready for you.
Sanitise your hands on arrival.
Bring a face-mask, or one will be provided for a small fee.
Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we ask that you let us know before we close the day before. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for the missed appointment.
As we are asking that clients come alone we will only be able to cut the hair of children who can be left unattended. In keeping with government and NSPCC guidelines this means only children aged 12 and over will be able to get their hair cut with us at this time. Jacks prides itself on being a family friendly barbershop and sincerely apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer beard services at this time.
Guidelines Subject to Change
These guidelines will be subject to change as the situation surrounding the current pandemic develops. The Jacks team will aim to be as flexible as possible within these guidelines with the aim of returning to relative normality as soon as possible.
